One organisation, several booths
There is no limit on how many booths a single organisation can book. Companies wanting a larger presence, or several business units on the floor, can purchase more than one 3 m × 3 m booth and have them placed together, subject to availability.
- All exhibitors need accreditation to enter the exhibition areas.
- Submit your signage at least one month before the conference opens.
- The conference secretariat reserves the right to accept or reject any exhibition proposal.
- 80% refund if cancelled on or before 31 December 2026.
- No refund for cancellations on or after 1 January 2027.
