The exhibition offers an exceptional platform to strengthen brand visibility, generate high-value business leads, build strategic partnerships, and engage directly with decision-makers shaping the future of the region's petroleum sector. Secure your exhibition space early, as booth allocation is on a first-come, first-served basis.

The information below outlines the exhibition package, booking procedures, and terms for exhibitors participating in the EAPCE'27. Prospective exhibitors are encouraged to review the details carefully and reserve their preferred exhibition space early, as booth allocation will be made on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • The size of the standard exhibition booth is 3m x 3m (10ft x 10ft).

  • The total number of booths is 72.

  • Booths will be charged USD 3,500 per booth and USD 1,000 per e-poster for the three days of the conference.

  • Exhibitors are allowed to rent one or more booths. The organizing committee will allocate booths on a first-come first-serve basis.

  • Booths will be fitted with a power supply outlet, lighting, a table and two chairs.

  • Exhibitors shall be required to submit their signage at least one (1) month before the opening of the conference.

  • All exhibitors must be accredited to access the exhibition area.

  • The conference secretariat reserves the right to accept or reject any exhibition proposal.

 

CANCELLATION OF EXHIBITION BOOKINGS:

  • Exhibitors will be refunded 80% on cancellation of booking on or before 31st October, 2026.

  • There shall be NO refund for cancellations on or after 1st November, 2026.
