The 12th East African Petroleum Conference and Exhibition 2027 (EAPCE'27) presents a unique opportunity for organizations to demonstrate their commitment to the sustainable development of East Africa's petroleum industry while gaining unparalleled visibility among key industry stakeholders.

Jointly organized by the East African Community (EAC) Partner States, EAPCE'27 is expected to bring together government leaders, national and international oil companies, investors, regulators, financiers, service providers, technology firms, academia, and development partners to shape the future of the region's energy sector.

Sponsorship provides an exceptional platform to showcase your organization, strengthen strategic relationships, and position your brand at the forefront of East Africa's growing energy market.

Organizations are invited to support the conference through one of three (3) sponsorship options:

  1. Partners may serve as the Strategic/Host Partner, taking a leading role in hosting the conference with a contribution of USD 200,000–300,000;

  2. select from a range of tiered sponsorship packages designed to suit different levels of investment and visibility; or

  3. sponsor a specific conference activity or item, either exclusively or jointly with another organization.

As with previous editions of EAPCE, sponsors will receive recognition and benefits commensurate with their level of contribution, including branding opportunities, exhibition space, speaking engagements, delegate registrations, networking privileges, digital visibility, and access to high-level decision-makers.

All sponsors receive:

  • A certificate of recognition;
  • Name and logo in the Conference Booklet
  • Display of name and logo at the specific event(s) sponsored, on session screens.
